A grand day!
Thanks to the generosity of many of you, my fundraising numbers just surpassed $1000! Yay! As of today, Katie and I have a combined total of $1535, and we need $3465 to reach our goal. Thanks, and keep it coming!

I am a therapist who graduated from the Pastoral Counseling program at Loyola University in Maryland. I started this blog to document my training for my first marathon, the 2010 Marine Corps Marathon, which I ran in honor of my late professor (and avid runner), Dr. Kelly Murray. Since then, I have run four more marathons, completed seven triathlons, and married an amazing man who has also become a runner and triathlete! I'm also a graduate of Bryn Mawr College ('01) and Yale Divinity School ('07) and an active member of St. Andrew's United Methodist Church in Edgewater, MD.
